Want honest information about high paying keywords? If you want to make money with Adsense, NicheGeek's free AdSense niches will show you exactly what niche you need to be in if you want to make 20, 30, 50, 70 cents per click or even more.

Dog Training - *** Niche

Dog training is a niche that I discovered from Google’s official AdSense blog. Dog training, as far as I know, is the only pet niche that consistently pays over 30 cents a click. I guess this is due to the fact that there are a number of dog training ebooks, dog training videos and dog training schools that are all chasing the same audience – dog owners.

Dog training ain’t cheap, that’s for sure. If you hire a dog training instructor (a dog trainer that is), he or she will charge you 80 bucks per session and you’ll need 5-10 sessions to complete the entire dog obedience training course.

Psychic Readings - **** Niche

I’m amazed at how profitable the psychic readings niche is. I’ve got a spammer to thanks for that one, too. One of my site got spammed with online psychic readings offers and it started to display ads that said “Psychic Advice” Or “$10 Psychic Phone Readings” “Tarot Readings” even“ True God Gifted Psychic”. I just love that one, don’t you?

Anyhow, psychic readings are nothing new. You probably seen ads for phone psychic readings on cable stations for years. These psychics (if they are psychics indeed), charge your credit card at a rate of 3 bucks a minute of psychic babble, and it’s a great business indeed, since many women consult psychics regularly or every time they encounter a problem.

Diabetes - *** Niche

Diabetes (and some other medical conditions) can be very lucrative in terms of AdSense profits. What makes diabetes stand apart is the fact that tens of millions Americans have this condition and probably hundreds of millions of people worldwide.

As with any niche, you’ll need to do quite a lot of research on diabetes, because I can easily count 10 distinctly different diabetes niches. First, there are people who search for diabetes information and want to know how type 1 diabetes is different from type 2 diabetes.

Second, there is a niche for diabetes screening and diabetes prevention. Third, there is a niche for diabetes tests and diabetes testing. Fourth, there are diabetes supplies stores, who sell things like insulin and specialty foods to people who suffer from diabetes.

Profitable Geographical Niches (like Lake Tahoe or Aspen) - *** to **** Niche

Here is a brainlessly simple, but highly effective strategy for AdSense publishers who specialize in travel and tourism. It’s all about LOCATION. Here are just two examples of profitable locations – Lake Tahoe (most ads are for Lake Tahoe rentals and Lake Tahoe cabins) and Aspen (Aspen, Colorado, is famous for its ski resorts). There are tons more, of course.

Travel sites can generate a lot of money … if you do it right. If you have a site about travel in Colorado or California, you’ll do OK, but not nearly as much, if you target specific niches where the money is.

And the money is in expensive resort and popular destinations. Take Colorado. Boulder is a beautiful town, but the real money is in Aspen. Aspen is expensive, it draws tons of skiers and is fairly crowded in the off season, but more importantly there are hundreds Aspen rentals, Aspen lodges, Aspen cabins and Aspen hotels (these are the keywords to go after).

ATM Machines - **** Niche

ATM Machines, if you play it right, can be a godsend niche. I kid you not. You can buy ATM machine online, you can lease ATM machine online, you can order a sign for your ATM and you can order ATM supplies, like thermal paper, all online.

Seriously, you can buy ATM machine for about tree thousand dollars and plenty of convenience store and gas station owners do. There is a market for used ATM machines as well. There are famous automated teller machine brands, like Triton or Tranax, and there are lesser known ATM manufacturers. There are ATM repair technicians and ATM installation specialists.

CCTV and Surveillance Systems - *** Niche

One thing that experienced AdSense professionals know is the importance of acronyms and how much money some of them can make for you. A quite profitable one (although not as profitable as some others I know) is CCTV.

CCTV simply stands for Closed Circuit Television and it’s basically a video surveillance system (another great key phrase, by the way). CCTV and other types of surveillance systems are creeping up everywhere – not just convenience stores and warehouses, but offices, homes, parks, streets, schools, etc.

In fact, due to rise in terrorism threats, CCTV is almost mandatory now for a lot of public projects. But businesses and individuals spend a lot of money on Closed Circuit Television and surveillance system as well.

Car Donations - **** Niche

I’m telling you folks, the REAL profitable niches are A LOT DIFFERENT from what you see in so called “profitable keyword lists”. Forget credit cards, home loans, car insurance and other nonsense. The niches that pay out may appear very strange and unexpected.

Like car donations! Car donations? Yes, you heard me right – car donations. If you live outside US, this may not make very much sense to you, but people here donate their cars to charities and write this off as a tax break. Say, you have a total clunker that doesn’t run that you wanted to get rid of. You donate your car to charity and get a fat tax break for that year (the value of the car, which is often judged much higher than what the car you donated is really worth, had you tried to sell it).

Breathalyzers And Alcohol Tests - ***, sometimes **** Niche

I know what you are thinking. What? Breathalyzers? A great niche? It is indeed. And I did not know it either or wouldn’t have even known it, but I just happened to reprint an article written by a Colorado lawyer about how to avoid false breathalyzer results.

The next thing I see is a bunch of dollar clicks coming from that article (the average, as usual, was lower after a while). Baffled, I started to examine my logs and see what ads are being displayed and clicked. These weren’t DUI lawyers ads, as I originally suspected (a niche that is solidly occupied by MFAs anyway), but rather ads from breathalyzer manufacturers (like ACE Breathalyzer) and breathalyzer resellers.

LLC Formation, Incorporation - *** Niche

Forming a limited liability corporation or incorporating in Nevada or Delaware is getting to be a very popular. One reason is shielding yourself from lawsuits and other liabilities, and another one is the tax breaks corporations enjoy.

In the recent years, an entire industry of “order a corporation” has sprung up and there are literally hundreds of sites where you can order a Nevada or Delaware corporation online for 50 to 300 dollars. There are other states that incorporate, too. Wyoming corporations have been fairly popular recently, for example.
