Diabetes (and some other medical conditions) can be very lucrative in terms of AdSense profits. What makes diabetes stand apart is the fact that tens of millions Americans have this condition and probably hundreds of millions of people worldwide.

As with any niche, you’ll need to do quite a lot of research on diabetes, because I can easily count 10 distinctly different diabetes niches. First, there are people who search for diabetes information and want to know how type 1 diabetes is different from type 2 diabetes.

Second, there is a niche for diabetes screening and diabetes prevention. Third, there is a niche for diabetes tests and diabetes testing. Fourth, there are diabetes supplies stores, who sell things like insulin and specialty foods to people who suffer from diabetes.

Fifth, there are sites (hundreds of them) devoted to diabetes diets, filled with advice what people with diabetes should and shouldn’t eat. Then there is a link between diabetes and erectile dysfunction. Then there are ads for alternative diabetes treatments. On and on it goes.

Like I said, there are at least ten distinctly different diabetes niches that you can pursue.

While I don’t mind sharing information on ***** niches, I don’t make this information publicly available because it would quickly kill these niches or get Google pissed off at me.

All AdSense niches were tested by me personally and your results shouldn’t be very different, unless your account was smart-priced, too much time passed since my testing, MFA got a hold of the niche or your site or traffic source sucks big time.
