IRS Audit, Tax Attorney - *** Niche
Amazing Video Of Guy Who Makes $20K A Month From AdSense
While the personal taxes niche is highly seasonal, IRS audit and tax attorney is something that individuals and companies have to deal with year around.
Of all tax niches I tested, including tax software and tax preparations, IRS audit and tax attorney (these are connected, as you understand) is the tax niche I had the most success with.
The way I did is was the following – I went to the IRS site (IRS.Gov) and scraped content that was audit related. You did know that ALL content from government and state agencies is copyright free, didn’t you? That you can create sites, book and infoproducts based on government documents and not have to pay a dime to anybody?
In order not to violate Google TOS, I rate niches with my own star system. ** - $0.20-$0.30 per click average, *** - $0.30-$0.50 per click average, **** - $0.50-$0.70 per click average, ***** - $0.70-$1.20 per click average. While I don’t mind sharing information on ***** niches, I don’t make this information publicly available because it would quickly kill these niches or get Google pissed off at me.
All AdSense niches were tested by me personally and your results shouldn’t be very different, unless your account was smart-priced, too much time passed since my testing, MFA got a hold of the niche or your site or traffic source sucks big time.

Thanks, Jen. I've seen some
Thanks, Jen. I've seen some examples of how government material is converted to infoproducts (like grants books and CDs) and I've heard a number of times that if it's government, it copyright free. I guess that's not always true. Better look into Information Freedom Act, see what it says about copyright protection.

Be careful, not all US
Be careful, not all US Government Publications are copyright-free. The gov outsources some of their content. This material may be copyrighted, in which case it will be clearly marked.
Medline is a good example of this. Unfortunately, much of the info for the health niche I am in is copyrighted by outside health sources ... even though it is published by the USgov.
