Are you a ‘niche collector’, like us? Seriously, we love niches. We first got interested in AdSense niches five years ago, when we accidentally found out that you can make either $0.02 or $2.42 per click. The difference? Topic of your article. So right away, we started wondering – what’s the most profitable Adsene keyword(s) out there? Then we stumbled upon unusual business niches. Then we found out that a lot of people are looking for a good website niche (aka profitable website niches) to start their business. So we decided to start a niche website that covers nothing but profitable (crazy, unusual) niches. If you are a nicheholic, you’ll love

DSL - **** Niche

I use DSL personally and I’m willing to bet any money, once you try DSL, you are not going back to dial-up. Broadband is the king and DSL and ADSL are the leaders in this niche.

DSL is the most popular option for residential users, because it uses regular phone lines, without tying up the phone. And with a single customer worth $300 to $500 a year to a DSL provider, DSL is a very generous niche indeed.

I’m not sure 100%, but I believe that you can also make some money from the sign-up fees for every customer you refer. You’ll need to check that with your individual DSL provider.

How To Rig Your Game

A study of all the Presidential elections in which there have been televised debates concluded that the men who get elected President are the tallest and exhibit the most testosterone. You can think about that, decide if you agree, and draw your own conclusions about last year's debates and election.

But it made me think that, in many cases, success winds up being predicated purely on only two or three or four key "X-Factors."

And I think most people mush on through their business activities without ever giving much thought to what the few, critical success factors are, and focusing on those.

MLS and FSBO - *** Niche

I’ve never seen MLS and FSBO on any high paying keyword lists, but these two acronyms perform very well for me. While the click average isn’t extremely high, the money keeps rolling in because site visitors view multiple ads. Here is why.

MLS stands for multiple listing service and basically, it’s a huge database where realtors list homes that are up for sale. FSBO stands for “for sale by owner”, which means that a house is being sold directly by the owner, so no realtor is involved.

MLS used to be controlled by the realtors, but not any longer. Any person who wants to sell the house without a real estate agent can now pay a flat fee (300 bucks usually) and get listed on MLS.

Server Backup - *** to **** Niche

Server backup is the best server niche for me. The fact is that there are a lot of server based niches other than server backup, but this one used to work wonders for me. Recently, I’ve seen a surge in server backup MFA and traffic arbitrage sites, which always results in decreased earnings.

I’ve did a lot of testing with other server niches and I don’t mind sharing my finding. Email servers are OK, but that’s a “quarter niche” and there isn’t nearly as much money in it. Dedicated server does better, but only if you have a web hosting related site. Linux server, Unix server or any manufacturer + server (HP Server, Dell Server, IBM Server) are nothing to brag about.

How To Build $2.5 Million Business In Two Years

Tara Krapes, 33, has a business that made at least $2.5 million in sales by the end of 2004. Not bad, considering she began her company in 2002 with $1,050 from her own savings.

Vesta Executive Housing, based in Cincinnati and named for the Roman goddess of hearth and home, offers executives temporary housing for 30 days or more. Krapes has relationships with 42 top-notch apartment complexes in the area. When a client comes to Vesta, Krapes either has space ready for them, or, more often than not, she has to lease a new apartment for 12 months and hope that after her tenant leaves, she can fill it quickly. She almost always does—she currently has zero vacancies.

Paternity Test, DNA Test, DNA Paternity Test - **** Plus Niche

So, who’s your daddy? That’s what paternity tests are all about. Paternity tests determine who’s the father of a child and this is a question a lot of men and women ask.

Paternity tests are just a form of DNA testing. All you need is to provide a DNA sample of a child and a DNA sample of the father and paternity testing will determine. Most often, all you have to do is to FedEx hair samples to a paternity lab. Although I’ve heard about “home paternity tests”, I am really not sure who these work.

If you enter “paternity test” or “DNA Test”, you’ll see a bunch of ads that offer $99 paternity test special. However, this is just an introductory rate. If you’d like to know your results in less than 5 days – pay up. If you want a court admissible DNA test, that’s $220.

2006 Projected Sales: $1 million

After earning a master's degree at New York City's Fashion Institute of Technology, Dahl worked for couture designers like Anne Bowen, who creates high-ticket beaded sensations with semiprecious stones. On a whim, Dahl bought some beads to adorn her "wife-beater"-a tank-top undershirt. After receiving scores of compliments and gauging the interest of friends who worked for Vogue and In Style, Dahl started Wifebeader with the shirt on her back in 2003.

What is Your Real Business?

In your previous Success Marketing Strategy email I talked about the purpose of getting a customer and how the very important word in that statement is 'purpose.' Now I'm going to talk about the business you are in.

Do you remember when Kerry/Edwards announced that there are a lot of factors that go into picking a veep. I've been privy to a few discussions with real insiders about how the process works. Rarely does the Prez candidate get his choice – and he certainly did not in this case.

Neither the men or their wives could stand each other, and I can assure you that Theresa was peeved at having a more dynamic, charismatic, articulate star on the ticket who'll outshine hubby. I've met Theresa.

Insomnia, Sleep Disorder - *** Niche

Insomnia and other sleep disorders plague millions of people and are really quite discomforting, especially for people who work and have to get up early every morning. Even though there isn’t any really effective cure for insomnia, other than consuming tons of sleeping pills, alternative treatments for insomnia are being offered on the internet.

Most ads for insomnia that I see on my sites are for sleep apnea, natural insomnia remedies, insomnia medication and depression (supposedly the two are often connected).

There is plenty of information on insomnia, including copyright-free sites, like Wikipedia, so you pick this niche, you certainly won’t have any problem finding information on insomnia causes and treatments.

Helping Former Military Personnel Find Civilian Jobs Can Be A Six Figure Business

Finding a job is one of the biggest challenges for people coming out of the military. Karin Markley, founder of Military Exits, knows this well—she has 15 years of experience working in a civilian employment agency. She knows companies value employees with military backgrounds, and she wanted to provide a one-stop link between the two.

Setting up out of her home, Markley, 40, contacted the Department of Defense for permission to use its seal on her Web site. It took months to get it, but is now linked to all the military bases.
