Are you a ‘niche collector’, like us? Seriously, we love niches. We first got interested in AdSense niches five years ago, when we accidentally found out that you can make either $0.02 or $2.42 per click. The difference? Topic of your article. So right away, we started wondering – what’s the most profitable Adsene keyword(s) out there? Then we stumbled upon unusual business niches. Then we found out that a lot of people are looking for a good website niche (aka profitable website niches) to start their business. So we decided to start a niche website that covers nothing but profitable (crazy, unusual) niches. If you are a nicheholic, you’ll love

How To Sell Products At Seminars

There are only a few things I do really well. Selling products is definitely one of them. I sell more products from the platform than anyone that I have seen including some of the “great ones.”

Successful speakers and seminar leaders often make much more than 50% of their revenue from product sales. If this concept is repugnant to you, get over it!

The only reason you should have a problem selling your products is if they aren’t worth it. If that’s the case, go back and redo them. If you’ve got great products that give people good value, then sell them with the zeal of a Baptist preacher. If your products are great, the world needs to know.

POS, POS System, POS Software - **** Niche

POS, I love you. POS stands for point of sale and it’s another acronym that keeps cranking out money like crazy with AdSense. There are a number of point of sale (POS) items that you can get online. POS printers, POS barcode readers, laser barcode scanners, POS touch screens and so on and so forth.

However POS software and POS systems are the two niches that in my experience are the best in the POS world (barcode readers and barcode scanners are a close third).

To take advantage of this niche, you should have retail experience and know how stores work, what they need and don’t need. There are a number of POS sub-niches that are waiting to be plundered by experienced AdSensers – credit card readers, cash drawers, touch screen terminals, POS keyboards, receipt printers.

TV Show Fan Finds A Unique Niche To Profit From Other Fans

Linda O'Brien and her 16-year-old daughter, Tess, are devoted fans of Sex and the City. They watched it religiously during its initial TV run, and now relive all the Cosmo-fueled moments on DVD. So it should come as no surprise that on their first trip to New York, the Australian duo have forgone some of the usual hotspots for a different type of sightseeing experience: The Sex and the City Tour.

Creator Georgette Blau introduced the tour a month after the September 11 terrorist attacks, hoping to give a boost to businesses in the same neighborhoods where much of the show was shot. Since then, the three-hour tour, which runs twice a day, has been a sellout.

Detox, Opiates Detox, Rehab - **** Niche

I sure hope that none of you checked into a rehab for a detox, but if you had, you’dknow how expensive it is. Let’s face it. In US alone, there are millions of people with various kinds of addictions and many of them seek professional help to overcome their problems.

If you open Yellow Pages in Los Angeles, you’ll be shocked by how many rehabs and detox centers there are in Southern California.

Ok, enough with the bad news. The good news is that detox in general and opiates detox specifically perform very well. With every patient worth several thousand dollars to a clinic, marketers don’t seem to mind paying generously for detox and rehab related keywords.

Knowing vs. Doing

We know the Rules: 80-20, 95-5. But how zealously do we apply them?

You know that 80% of your problems, aggravation, grief, etc. come from 20% of the people in your world – customers, vendors, associates, employees. But how often do you purge the 20%?

You know that 80% of your success comes from 20% of your activity. How viciously do you fight off the unproductive activities? You should read my NO B.S. TIME MANAGEMENT book.

You know that 80% of your profit comes from 20% of your customers. Do you take them for granted or nurture them? Gold/VIP Member John Davis has an excellent program – and makes serious investment – in nurturing his top customers.

A Multimillionaire Who Collects Junk

IT was a misty Thursday in the suburbs of this sprawling city, and inside a recently vacated house, Austin Atkins and Stefan Meissner were up to their elbows in junk.

The detritus was the usual: ratty couches, empty paint cans, old mattresses. In a closet sat a dusty upright piano. Out back, in the weeds, lay a rusted hydraulic car jack.

Mr. Atkins, however, was undaunted. "Time to clean up," he said. Over the next 90 minutes, the cleanly uniformed duo grunted and grimaced as they carted every ounce of junk out to their flatbed truck. When they were finished, they toweled off, shook hands with the real estate broker who hired them, accepted payment and headed for the dump.

Mailing Lists And Mailing List Broker - **** Niche

Mailing lists predate internet by at least one hundred years. For years and years mailing lists were the only way to get highly targeted list of prospects for just about any niche. How many mailing lists are there? Get ready to be shocked – there are over 180,000 mailing lists to be bought or rented in US alone.

Mailing list brokers are individuals and companies who help mailing list owners sell or rent their mailing lists to marketers. A good mailing list broker is worth their weight in gold – just ask any experienced direct marketer.

The biggest source of mailing lists is SRDS – Standard Rates And Data Service. If you want a parrot owner mailing list, you can get it there. If you want a mailing list of folks who suffer from schizophrenia, you can get it there.

How Marketing Success Is Deeply Connected To Farting

Watch closely, now. See, nothing up my sleeves. For my next trick, I shall reveal to you how marketing success is deeply connected to...

Thank you, thank you. Please sit down. All right. Actually, I want to show you how world-class salesmen use a cool psychological trick called “cognitive re-framing” to put the correct mental spin on a marketing campaign.

This trick was explained to me by a very savvy psychologist who uses it with outrageous success with therapy patients. And I love the example he used to illustrate it: A family was in bitter turmoil because their father had an irritable bowel... and he regularly upset the peace of the house by ripping off gaseous explosions that sounded like a Harley with a bad exhaust manifold.

Millions You Can Make With Cuffs

Think small. That was the basic starting point for Mike Cayelli when he decided to open an online retail business two years ago. With a tiny house, little capital to invest, and only "spare time" to devote to the project, Cayelli knew his big dream had to stay manageable. The Washington (D.C.) entrepreneur still hasn't quit his day job, but he's projecting $500,000 in sales this year for his company, Cuff Daddy.

You have a full-time job. Why start your own company?

Paid Surveys - *** Niche

If you ask me, paid surveys are nothing but a scam. However, as an affiliate marketer I’ve took a notice of a very strange fact – if you go to Clickbank, you’ll notice that their top selling products in many categories are paid surveys.

If you enter “paid surveys” in any search engine, you’ll find dozens of ads. If you follow any of them and you’ll see the same thing. It’s going to be either a squeeze page (a page that promises something but asks for your name and e-mail) or it’s going to be a long salesletter type page describing all the benefits of paid surveys with a “Buy Now” button at the bottom.
